Instructions on Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by emailing info@public-chat.online).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

2. Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)), the statutory right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following cases:

• Digital Content & Messenger Activation (12 EUR / 1 Year Access, WooCommerce Product ID #4042): Contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where the technical fulfillment begins immediately upon completed payment. Since the digital messaging feature is instantly unlocked in full, the statutory right of withdrawal expires at the exact moment of successful activation.
• Viral Community Unlock (30 Unique Referral Clicks): If you choose the free activation method by inviting friends through your personal VIP link, the messaging feature is unlocked immediately upon reaching the 30-click milestone without any financial charge.

3. Express Consent of the Customer

During checkout in WooCommerce (or upon unlocking via 30 referral visits), the customer expressly confirms and agrees that:

• They request immediate technical fulfillment of the contract (instant digital unlocking of the Public Chat Messenger).
• They acknowledge and agree that they lose their statutory right of withdrawal as soon as the technical activation of the account takes place.
• The annual subscription fee of 12 EUR grants continuous 365-day access to message other registered community members on www.public-chat.online without automatic recurring renewals.

4. Territorial Scope & Acceptable Use

The Public Chat platform facilitates private, text-based interpersonal communication between registered community users residing within 32 European states (27 EU Member States, EFTA countries: Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and the United Kingdom). Users are strictly prohibited from distributing spam, commercial unsolicited advertisements, or unlawful content.

Automated bot clicking, artificial manipulation of referral links, or fraudulent activity to fake the 30-click requirement will lead to immediate account suspension without compensation.

5. Commencement and Completion of Performance

The digital service is considered fully executed:

• The exact moment the paid annual license (12 EUR, Product ID #4042) is verified and your account status is updated to "Unlocked".
• Or the moment the 30th verified referral visitor is logged, triggering automated instant access.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are completely excluded once the messenger access has been technically activated on the account.

• Prior to activation: If a payment was made but technical activation was not completed due to technical error, a full refund may be requested within the 14-day window.
• After activation: No refunds can be granted, as the digital service was fully rendered upon express prior consent.
